Return and Refund Policy for Farhana Agency
Last Updated: December 22, 2025
Thank you for choosing Farhana Agency. Please read our policy regarding returns and refunds carefully before making a purchase.
1. Insurance Policy Cancellations
Before Issuance: If you change your mind before the insurance cover note has been issued, a full refund may be processed (minus any bank/transaction fees).
After Issuance: Once the insurance policy is issued, any cancellation or refund is subject to the terms of the specific Insurance Provider. Usually, the insurer will refund the premium on a “pro-rata” or “short-period” basis, and they may charge a cancellation fee.
Service Fee: Farhana Agency’s processing/service fees are non-refundable once the policy has been issued.
2. Road Tax (LKM) Renewals
No Returns: Once a road tax has been successfully processed and paid for in the JPJ system (MySikap), it cannot be returned or cancelled through our agency.
Incorrect Information: If the road tax cannot be processed due to a “blacklisted” status or incorrect vehicle details provided by the customer, Farhana Agency will refund the road tax amount, but a small administrative fee may be deducted for the system check performed.
3. Physical Road Tax Stickers (If Applicable)
If your physical road tax sticker arrives damaged or is lost during courier delivery, please contact us immediately at 016-787 8146. We will assist you in coordinating with the courier or the relevant authority for a replacement.
4. Refund Process
All refund requests must be submitted via email to farhanaagency2020@gmail.com or via WhatsApp with your Order ID and Proof of Payment.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 working days and will be credited back to your original payment method or a bank account provided by you.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds in the following cases:
The user provided the wrong vehicle registration number.
The user’s vehicle is blacklisted by PDRM or JPJ, and the user failed to settle the summons before the renewal attempt.
The insurance policy has already been active for a period of time.
