Welcome to Farhana Agency. By accessing our website and using our services for insurance and road tax renewal, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Provided

Farhana Agency acts as an intermediary/agent to facilitate:

  • General insurance renewals for vehicles.

  • Road tax (LKM) renewal services via relevant Malaysian authorities.

2. User Obligations & Accuracy of Data

  • You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information (such as IC number, vehicle plate number, and contact details).

  • Farhana Agency is not responsible for any delays, rejected applications, or fines resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user.

3. Payments and Refunds

  • All payments must be made in full before we proceed with the renewal process.

  • Once an insurance policy is issued or road tax is processed with JPJ, the service is considered fulfilled.

  • Refunds are subject to the cancellation policies of the respective insurance providers. Any service fees charged by Farhana Agency are non-refundable.

4. Processing Time

  • While we strive for immediate processing, Farhana Agency is not liable for delays caused by system outages (e.g., MySikap/JPJ systems), courier delays for physical road tax stickers (if applicable), or insurance provider downtime.

5. Limitation of Liability

Farhana Agency shall not be held liable for:

  • Any penalties or summons issued by the authorities due to expired documents if the user applied late.

  • Losses arising from the rejection of insurance coverage by the insurer based on the user’s risk profile.

6. Delivery of Documents

  • Digital copies of insurance cover notes will be sent via Email or WhatsApp.

  • If physical delivery of documents is required, we rely on third-party courier services and are not responsible for loss or damage once the document is handed to the courier.

7. Amendments

Farhana Agency reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website.
